Hey Glenn, that reminds me, they did do some sort of recent update because I have to login to a clients account for work which I have been doing for like 10 or more years and couldn’t get in the other day.
I just tried my account and it was doing weird things to but I finally got in.
If you login into msn, that is here or from msn.com  https://login.microsoftonline.com/

However, instead of logging into MSN first, you can login directly to Outlook here and it takes you right to your email.
https://outlook.live.com/

I don’t use msn much but I have to login to msn & when I click outlook, I have to login again with my same user/pass. Using the link above https://outlook.live.com/  takes you directly to your email so you only login once.

However, if you don’t have your correct username & password, it may not work.

Look for:

Choose how you normally sign in, then enter your details.

Select the option with an email address, a box will open for you to enter your email address and it should tell you what the issue is and how to correct it or it will say “no issues found”, then your screwed

Try logging to https://outlook.live.com/ first & see what happens.
